Saif Ahmed

I’m Saif, a Lecturer at the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, North South University where I guide curious minds through the intricacies of Electronics Systems and Computing Concepts. My research focuses on applied machine learning and computer vision, and I’ve even got some published journals to show for it.

My love for tech extends beyond academia. At Invisible Technologies, I’m an Advanced AI Data Trainer and a Quality Assurance Programmer, making sure their systems get the best possible data to learn from.

Back at NSU, you can also find me as the branch counselor for the IEEE NSU Student Branch, the Faculty Advisor for the IEEE NSU Power and Energy Society Student Branch Chapter, and the Secretary of the IEEE Industry Applications Society, Bangladesh Section. Basically, I’m passionate about empowering others to explore the awesome world of engineering!

When I’m not teaching or working, I’m probably sleeping or reading comic books.
